I can only create XHTML pages, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Flash files. Once I hand the finished product over to you, it is yours to do with as you please. If you aren’t satisfied at that time, you will need to inform me of any issues that you have with the finished product. I am not able to do: CMS, Ajax, PHP, Perl, CGI, etc… and my JavaScript is not very advanced, so I can only do a few basic things with JavaScript.

All webpages I create will be as W3Schools standards compliant as possible, most of the time they will be XHTML 1.0 Strict or XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

All images used for a project must be supplied by the customer, and either be their personal copyright protected property or be in the public domain. It is the customer's responsibility to make certain that all images used are in keeping with the law, and they must be in the *.psd file format. If you want anything animated, the items must be on separate layers (preferably each layer will have a unique name), and all files must be placed in a *.zip file.

I do not and will not work on Sunday, and depending on my college schedule I may not be able to work during certain times of the day or certain days. I live in the Wichita, Kansas area, which is in the central time zone (GMT-06:00).

My basic hourly rate for most projects will be twenty dollars, and I will bill you by rounding to closest five minute mark. If it involves Adobe Flash it will be forty dollars an hour. Only Cash or Check is accepted. Details for paying will be provided by email to the customer.

The formula for rate of pay:

$20 per hour × # of hours ÷ 60 min × 5 min × # of 5 min intervals = total pay in dollars and cents
